Coaching
In the lifespan of my career, I’ve used professional coaches for a variety of reasons – from helping me identify and prepare for new career opportunities, to supporting me as I worked through challenging work situations, to helping me realize my natural abilities and developable skills – I know how important it can be to have that independent, objective third-party individual to help you navigate through to what’s next.
As a professional coach, my role is to work with you to establish the goals and timeline for our coaching partnership. I want you to be comfortable with this process and to ensure that when our coaching engagement comes to an end that you feel it was worth the investment. Coaching partnerships can be established for 3 months, 6 months or a monthly ongoing check-in to follow up to the initial 3 or 6 month engagement.
As a Highlands Certified Consultant, I also offer access to the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB). As an objective test of your personal style, natural abilities and buildable skills, the HAB can be a great starting point for our coaching relationship as it provides a really detailed perspective of your working and learning styles and preferences. The HAB can be a particularly helpful tool if you’re interested in exploring new career opportunities or developing your leadership skills.

Highlands Ability Battery
As a Certified Consultant for the Highlands Co., I have access to the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB), the Gold Standard among Human Assessment Tools rooted in the scientific research of human abilities and used exclusively by certified consultants. The HAB is not used by organizations for selection, rather it provides objective information for you about your natural talents. With the data, report(s), and interaction with me, as a highly trained Certified Consultant, this entire experience lays an objective foundation for choosing or changing your career, making adjustments within your current field, adjusting to life circumstances, or creating a more enjoyable workday.
