With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit, higher education, and home care sectors, I bring a unique perspective to every client partnership. My approach combines strategic insight with hands-on experience, helping leaders bridge the gap between their current challenges and future opportunities. With a holistic, 30,000-foot view of clients' organizational structures, our team creates tailored strategies that drive meaningful growth.


I am a certified consultant for The Highlands Co., using tools like the Highlands Ability Battery and the Personal Vision Coaching program to guide individuals in discovering how their natural abilities influence how they work and what they prefer to do.

Beyond my consulting work, I’ve been a dedicated community leader, proudly serving on dozens of nonprofit boards and community committees. My current service includes: Delaware Theatre Company (Past President), Rotary Club of Wilmington (Past President), Rotary District 7630 (Area Governor & Innovative Club Advocate), and The Forum of Executive Women Delaware (Past President).
